Senior Product Development Director

GANNI is seeking a seasoned Product Development Director to spearhead the development of our Ready-To-Wear (RTW) collections. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving product innovation from concept to production.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in RTW product development, with a proven track record of managing complex development calendars and ensuring product excellence. A strong leader with excellent communication skills, they will be able to foster collaboration and drive results-oriented teams.
- Lead the end-to-end development of seasonal RTW collections, including prototypes, samples, fittings, costings, and pre-production launches.
- Collaborate with Design, Technical Development, Raw Materials, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee supplier sourcing, cost negotiations, material feasibility, and technical execution across our global supply chain.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with French being an asset. They will be able to thrive in a dynamic, agile, and creative environment and share GANNI's values of Openness, Optimism, Authenticity, Accountability, and Responsibility.
