We are looking for a talented Automation Engineering Lead to join our team at Genmab A/S. As a key member of our automation engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the validation and testing architectures for our research and clinical development platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with our IT teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will have a strong background in software quality assurance, automation engineering, and life sciences, and a deep understanding of GxP validation principles.

You will design and implement automated test strategies specifically tailored for AI/ML products, data engineering solutions, and SaaS offerings. You will also develop and enhance automated test frameworks using tools like Tosca, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams, DS/AI, and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will lead the documentation and tracking of defects using tools like JIRA, Xray, or HP ALM.
