About the RoleYou will be responsible for driving biodiversity net gain projects across Novo Nordisk-owned areas globally. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices for incorporating biodiversity considerations into construction and facility activities.
In addition, you will support and develop standards and guidelines for promoting biodiversity and reducing pressures on local ecosystems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our operations are sustainable and environmentally responsible.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a relevant academic education (M.Sc. or PhD) in biology, sustainability, engineering, or nature sciences, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager.
Your proven track record of working with biodiversity projects and urban nature, along with knowledge of best practices in validating and documenting these, is also essential.
We are looking for a strong project management professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to share recommendations with senior management. Proficiency in MS Office products and a working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards are also required.
