This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the fast development of our Customer Service and cross-organizational cooperation with other departments.

About the Role
  • Sales order handling and arranging shipments for a dedicated geographical area.
  • Coordination with Order and Logistics Manager and Purchase Manager.

As our new Medical Device Supply Chain Specialist, your primary tasks will consist of:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supporting Sales in all aspects of customer order processing.
  2. Handling customs declarations and related documents.
  3. Coordinating Complaint handling.
  4. General customer support.
Your Requirements
  • Several years of experience in sales order handling and arranging shipments from a regulated high-tech business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in English, IT skills, and workflow automation.
