We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller with strong BI/IT background to join our team. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our finance function by bridging the gap between finance and IT.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in data analytics, IT systems, and finance to our growing organization. Your tasks will include:

• Drive or support the implementation of IT systems, including ERP, travel expense system, and time registration tools.
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to optimize data-driven decision-making and drive improvement projects within Finance.
• Coordinate and oversee the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and cost roll in ERP.
• Perform financial reporting and regular analysis of business performance.
• Ensure compliance and internal control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong expertise in IT systems and internal reporting, particularly in the context of operations.
• A proven ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
• Familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems.
• A solid background in IT, project control, and project management.
• An educational foundation such as HD, Cand. Merc, Cand. Oecon, or a similar qualification.
• Approximately 10 years of experience.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Danish language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
