Strategic Finance Lead

Working closely with the finance manager and a talented team, you'll help build a forward-looking, high-performing finance function that drives innovation and readiness for this major transformation.

The role involves:

1. Driving or supporting organization-wide IT system implementations, including ERP, travel expense systems, and time registration tools
2. Developing and maintaining business intelligence (BI) solutions to optimize data-driven decision-making and improve KPIs in operations and E&S
3. Coordinating and overseeing the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cost rolls in ERP
4. Performing financial reporting and regular analysis of business performance
5. Ensuring compliance and internal control

This position is based at our Nakskov office, with an expected possible travel commitment of approximately 5-10 days per year. As a strategic finance lead, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization's growth and success.

We're looking for someone with strong expertise in IT systems and internal reporting, particularly in the context of operations. Your ability to manage and analyze data effectively, combined with your experience in Excel and BI tools, will enable you to navigate complex processes with ease.

A solid background in IT, project control, and project management, backed by an educational foundation such as HD, Cand. Merc, Cand. Oecon, or a similar qualification, is essential. Approximately 10 years of experience in a similar role will also be valuable. Strong written and spoken English skills are essential, while Danish language proficiency is a plus but not required.

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
