Project Coordinator

Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions, a leading provider of membrane filtration and water process technology, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Silkeborg, Denmark.

• Manage commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Collaborate closely with customers, regional offices, and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform engineering tasks, including designing plants and process lines using AutoCAD and other tools.
• Purchasing components and services to support project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, changes, and issues to ensure project stability.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities to ensure smooth project handovers.

• Relevant background in mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or similar fields.
• Proven project management skills and experience, preferably with certification.
• Experience working with processing plants for the food industry, particularly in dairy, is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Danish and English, and German language skills a plus.
• A team player attitude, with a strong sense of business acumen and analytical thinking.
• An outgoing, independent, and flexible mindset, with a passion for bringing projects to life.
• Result-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
