About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Arla's Cooperative Processes team as a key member in driving the strategic interface between the business and our farmer owners. As a cooperative, all 8,000 farmer owners of Arla have the opportunity to influence decisions, and this role will play a crucial part in shaping our overall owner strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead key committees in our democracy, ensuring effective decision-making and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Drive and coordinate the content of our overall owner strategy in close collaboration with key stakeholders across different departments.
  • Directly drive or support some of the key projects in the owner strategy, leveraging your expertise and analytical skills to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop agendas and some of the presentations for our Board of Directors and Executive Management Team meetings, effectively communicating complex topics to senior leaders.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Business Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant work experience.
  • Experience from a top-tier management-consulting firm, investor relations agency, or a political organization, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a highly political environment and manage large groups of people in various committees.
  • A strong eye for detail and a sense of pride in delivering high-quality content, with the ability to independently scope and setup analyses and projects.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and English skills, with the ability to summarize complex topics in a simple manner and navigate multiple priorities.
