Danske Commodities A/S is seeking an IT Security Compliance Expert to join their team in Aarhus, Denmark. This role will be responsible for ensuring the company's information security management system meets regulatory and partner-specific security standards.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a technical background with experience in regulatory compliance or a legal background with strong IT security knowledge. They will be skilled in assessing, anticipating, and communicating the impact of regulatory changes on the organization's security.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and frameworks in IT security across Danske Commodities' active markets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of regulatory IT security requirements and external obligations from customers and energy market stakeholders worldwide.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess new markets and products.
  • Co-develop strategies to incorporate regulatory and partner-specific security requirements into the Information Security Management System.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on regulatory and partner requirements as well as compliance measures.
  • Identify and propose improvements to the Information Security Management System to address evolving security obligations, emerging threats, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Technical background with experience in regulatory compliance or a legal background with strong IT security knowledge.
  • Skilled in assessing, anticipating, and communicating the impact of regulatory changes on the organization's security.
  • Expertise in integrating external security requirements into IT security frameworks, policies, and procedures, especially in regulated sectors.
  • Experience supporting third-party risk management, particularly in assessing and validating third-party security controls.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records of regulatory requirements, compliance findings, and action plans within the Information Security Management System.

Estimated Salary:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
