We're looking for a skilled Performance Intelligence Lead to spearhead our performance intelligence initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across our organization.

About the Role

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing performance intelligence strategies, leading a team of data analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

You'll conduct detailed data analysis to identify performance trends, design and execute A/B tests, and analyze results to provide optimization recommendations. Additionally, you'll prepare and present performance reports, ensuring that insights are delivered in an easily understood format and in a way that motivates and provides direction for various teams.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Masters or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of leadership in performance analysis or a similar role
  • Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives
  • Previous experience in managing and analyzing large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
