We are expanding our Copenhagen office and seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic team. As an ESG Reporting Specialist, you will be working alongside bright-minded colleagues from diverse backgrounds, fostering a non-formal working environment that values collaboration, feedback, and innovation.

You will be at the forefront of implementing new ESG standards such as ESRS and ISSB, building on our experience as pioneers in understanding and applying these standards. We work closely with customers as trusted knowledge partners, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

As a key member of our team, your primary objective will be to support project execution through:

  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to understand material sustainability matters and their impact on business performance, models, and value chains.
  • Applying ESG standards and frameworks, such as ESRS, ISSB, CDP, and TCFD, to write, review, and advise on sustainability reports.
  • Participating in workshops to educate customers on meeting ESG standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to bring expertise to projects.
  • Staying up-to-date on ESG standards and frameworks, sharing insights with the team, and contributing to tool development and solutions, including Position Green's software.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for work and deliverables by developing reports and presentations independently and ready for customer handover.

We welcome applications from candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. However, preferably, you have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business economics, politics, or development studies.
  • Experience in management consulting, journalism, policy, or corporate sustainability, reporting, strategy, or communications teams would be beneficial.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential; Danish or German proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with sustainability or annual reports is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of €55,000-€65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
