About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Onboard new B2B clients, guiding them through our platform and ensuring a smooth start.
  • Contribute to translations and Help Center content as a native German speaker.
  • Hold product demos and training sessions for new users.
  • Assist with launching new initiatives and success programs to drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the product team by sharing customer insights and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Work closely with the Head of Success on executing success projects and initiatives.
  • Support the sales team as needed, including assisting with pre-sales inquiries and providing product knowledge.
