Process and Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Stena Rederi A/S. As a key member of our Marine HR & Payroll Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering precise and compliant payroll services, enhancing and automating payroll processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and ensure punctual and accurate monthly payments.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize payroll processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to employees, management, and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Work closely with the Marine HR & Payroll Team Lead to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

• Relevant education in finance, payroll, HR, or a general office education.
• Strong ability to collaborate across cultures and functions, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
