About the Role

Stena Rederi A/S is seeking an experienced Process & Payroll Coordinator to join their team in Hellerup. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering precise and compliant payroll services, enhancing and automating payroll processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Services: Deliver accurate and timely payroll services in line with applicable regulations.
  • Process Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance and automate payroll processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant education in finance, payroll, HR, or a general office education.
  • Culture and Function: Strong ability to collaborate across cultures and functions, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, both oral and written.
