Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an IT/OT Integration Specialist and be part of our ambitious journey to digitise and automate processes in our API Pilot factories. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can bridge the gap between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT/OT solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and security across our area. You will work closely with engineering, production, and IT teams to develop robust integration solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution
  1. Design, implement and verify the integration of new PLC/SCADA systems, ensuring compatibility and interoperability.
  2. Work closely with engineering, production, and IT teams to develop robust integration solutions.
Operational Support
  1. Develop and maintain system documentation (e.g. Risk Assessment, Design, Configuration and Processes).
  2. Provide support for IT/OT systems, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime.
Compliance
  1. Ensure configuration and user management.
  2. Ensure business continuity in terms of backup and recovery to minimize downtime.
Requirements

You hold a higher education such as B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. As an ideal candidate, you have:

  • Proficiency in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Experience with development and maintaining of system documentation (e.g. risk assessments, SOP's, Guidelines).
  • Effective communication skills in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of IT and OT systems, preferably SCADA and PLC.
  • Experience with IT/OT requirement settings, design and testing.
  • Understanding of working in a GMP environment.
