Cell Culture Process Lead for Commercial Success

As a highly skilled Senior Scientist in our Upstream Process Implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success by leading the introduction and implementation of cell culture processes for new programs into our large-scale GMP manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process transfers from customers to our facilities.
- Serve as an upstream subject matter expert on projects and programs, interfacing with customers and internal teams on technical aspects.
- Analyze and interpret manufacturing data and laboratory results to discuss with customers, monitor process performance, and aid in root cause investigations and process impact assessments.
- Mentor and share expertise within the team to develop efficient and innovative ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with our Upstream Manufacturing Department to support running campaigns.
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree with + 10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong scientific knowledge of mammalian cell culture processing, associated analyses, tech transfers, and process scaling.
- Experience in leading process transfers in a cross-functional environment into GMP manufacturing.
- Insight into trends, guidelines, and innovation within cell culture processing.
- Knowledge and experience with GMP production.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
