We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to join our team at BEUMER Group GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our software organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing our integrated baggage handling systems.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing software solutions that meet our customers' requirements for quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
  • Developing high-level design specifications for different solutions, including carrier and sortation systems, with attention to system integration and feasibility.
  • Subdividing complex applications into smaller, more manageable pieces.
  • Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers.

You will work closely with project teams, including project managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience as a technical or solution architect or similar.
  • Solid experience in software development and technical skills within one or more of the following: C#, Java, HTML, and SQL.
  • Exceptional knowledge of software and application design, modelling methods, and software quality assurance principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
