The Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales opportunities through intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales, and market analytics. You will work closely with customers to identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Activities: Engage in email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to engage relevant decision-makers on behalf of our customers.
  • Customer Success: Support and take ownership of customer success through reports and status meetings.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to optimizing internal processes and sharing best practices.
  • CRM System Management: Work with CRM systems and AI-tools to enhance outreach.
