About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Ferrosan Medical Devices A/S. As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Quality Control team in product development projects, focusing on microbiology, sterilization, and environmental monitoring.
  • Support R&D and Operations in microbiology, endotoxin testing, and monitoring of sterilization processes.
  • Collaborate with external partners and participate in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to QC technicians in their daily tasks.
  • Handle deviations, CAPAs, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Validate and verify microbial analytical methods and implement new methods in the Quality Control laboratory.
  • Prepare and maintain documents and instructions in the quality management system.
Requirements
  • Work experience from a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or food industry.
  • A master's degree in pharmacy, biology, human biology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with QC laboratory tasks, including microbial test methods and endotoxin testing.
  • Strong knowledge of microbiological challenges and issues related to production of sterile products.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.
