We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Ferrosan Medical Devices A/S. As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Quality Control team in product development projects, focusing on microbiology, sterilization, and environmental monitoring.
- Support R&D and Operations in microbiology, endotoxin testing, and monitoring of sterilization processes.
- Collaborate with external partners and participate in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to QC technicians in their daily tasks.
- Handle deviations, CAPAs, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Validate and verify microbial analytical methods and implement new methods in the Quality Control laboratory.
- Prepare and maintain documents and instructions in the quality management system.
- Work experience from a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or food industry.
- A master's degree in pharmacy, biology, human biology, engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience with QC laboratory tasks, including microbial test methods and endotoxin testing.
- Strong knowledge of microbiological challenges and issues related to production of sterile products.
- Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.
