About the Role

As a Medical Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business plans in line with the company's market strategy. Your goal will be to complete business objectives for your designated area of responsibility. You will also be responsible for driving collaboration projects with private medical institutions, increasing cooperation stickiness, and improving access rates and brand recognition. Additionally, you will handle channel supply and pricing management for private institutions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a medical or related professional degree, excellent business development and negotiation skills, and experience in sales and marketing in the private medical industry. You will be required to attend company-organized training and certification programs and submit timely and accurate reports and presentations.

  2. 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the private medical industry
  3. Excellent business development and negotiation skills
