Workplace Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our Workplace Innovation team as a Visual Communication Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling communication materials for various platforms across the organization. This includes designing impactful presentations, templates, and visual assets using MS PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.

Key responsibilities include co-creating communication material, developing an aligned visual identity for Workplace Experience, and ensuring consistency in visual communication across the organization.

You will also assist with project coordination and facilitation, consolidate and oversee the visual asset bank and SharePoint site, and support ad-hoc tasks such as simple tasks in MS Excel.

Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree (4th semester and beyond) or master's degree in Communication Design, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field of study at a Danish University or Business School.
  • Passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in translating information and concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package, especially MS PowerPoint, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Team spirit and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Interest in learning more about project coordination and facilitation.
  • Availability to work up to 15 hours per week or more.

Estimated Salary: DKK 35,000 - 45,000 per month (approximately USD $5,200 - $6,700)
