Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus bonuses based on individual and team performance.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Digital Designer to join our innovative learning solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital content and assets that bring our learning products to life. Your primary focus will be on creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of children and educators alike.

You will work closely with our cross-functional team, consisting of industrial designers, UX specialists, and model designers, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication. Your exceptional project management skills and ability to lead by example will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design methodologies, and digital product development. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and improvement within our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital product design, with a focus on user experience and interface design
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design methodologies, and digital product development
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through visual storytelling and presentation
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
