Globant is seeking an experienced Medical Content Strategist to lead marketing initiatives in our Copenhagen office. You will develop content strategies for healthcare and pharmaceutical projects across various channels. Your expertise will help create engaging marketing content that resonates with diverse audiences.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze complex healthcare information to identify key messages and create effective content hierarchies.
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies for formats like websites, social media, email campaigns, video content, print materials, and training resources.
  • Design information architecture and content frameworks that enhance findability and user engagement.
  • Create content patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Develop structural layouts and content flows to illustrate strategic recommendations.
  • Create compelling presentations to communicate content strategy and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Brief and guide copywriters and designers throughout the content creation process.
  • Manage content production workflows, coordinating between strategy, creative teams, project management, and clients.
  • Ensure content strategies comply with healthcare regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
  • Use data analytics to inform content strategy decisions and optimize performance.

To succeed, you will require:

  • 4-6 years of content strategy experience, handling complex or technical subject matter.
  • Experience in developing strategic content frameworks and information architecture.
  • Ability to analyze and simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in creating content strategies for omnichannel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creating structural layouts and content flows using tools like Figma.
  • Experience working with global content strategies and localization efforts.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture principles.
  • Ability to understand complex technical information and develop engaging content for general audiences.
  • Balance of high-level strategic thinking with detailed production oversight.
  • Strong ability to review and guide content development through all stages of production (background in writing is a plus).
  • Experience in developing cohesive content strategies across multiple marketing channels and formats.
