Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, driving project delivery and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance IQVIA's position in the market.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams, mentoring and coaching junior staff to elevate their capabilities and deliver world-class solutions.

Requirements

  • Typically 9 or more years of experience in Market Access, Pricing, and/or HEOR strategy consulting within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, with evidence of career progression.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling complex projects to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, with strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary projects effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and a willingness to travel.
  • Right to live and work in the European Union and/or the United Kingdom.

What We Offer

IQVIA offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
