  • Coordinate tender submissions independently and collaboratively.
  • Oversee lead management, tracking, and advancing opportunities from initial lead to negotiation.
  • Monitor and analyze business leads.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and events with the team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across studios.

Requirements

  • A minimum of six-eight years of experience in a similar role, specializing in strategic business development, marketing/communications, preferably within design studios.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A growing network and strong understanding of stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Strong ability to write concisely and distill key information effectively.
  • A team player thriving in a fast-paced environment.
