Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our supply chain operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain distribution center operations business plans, including programs, P&L, and customer requirements.
  • Provide input to the development of customer relationship strategy.
  • Establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.
  • Guide the development of a distribution center process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, safety requirements, facility needs, equipment needs, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of operational and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
  • Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
