Join our team as a Key Account Manager and be part of the change in the circular economy and waste management

Pursuant to our client REMONDIS A/S, we are seeking a Key Account Manager who is motivated to identify and develop new customers and partners, as well as maintain and develop a strong pipeline of existing customers in Denmark. You will have the opportunity to become part of a company with a strong background in down- and up-stream waste management, and thus be able to help customers achieve their climate and environmental goals with innovative and practical solutions.

Your daily work

Based on their headquarters in Ishøj, you will be part of their sales department with a focus on larger B2B customers, both regionally and nationally. The sales team is dedicated and experienced, with high morale and energy. The collaboration across all departments is close, and the common goal is to deliver the best service and highest quality to customers. You will experience daily good sparring and close collaboration with the sales manager, and your onboarding is already prepared, so you can get the best possible start.

What does the role entail?

  • You will be responsible for the tender process and bids for Key Account customers, including calculations, qualitative descriptions, and handover to operations when the contract is won.
  • Continuously evaluate the contract's content and optimize the solution in close collaboration with the customer and our operations department, and ensure continuous contact with the customer with a view to optimizing the service delivery.
  • Participate in public tenders, including:
  • Preparing calculations.
  • Preparing and describing qualitative values.
  • Closely collaborating with other environmental consultants in the region.

We are looking for you who:

  • Understand that you are both the customer's, operations', and REMONDIS A/S ambassador, and have experience with handling business customers with an eye for service.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience with Key Accounts, including negotiating complex and challenging contracts.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in sales and economics.
  • Speak and write Danish and English fluently – German would be a plus.
  • Are solution-oriented, trustworthy, humble, and loyal to colleagues and customers.
  • Are strong on the IT side, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Are willing to work independently, with the ability to prioritize tasks, structure tasks, and your time.
