About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Operations to join our team at Work Supply. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing inspired leadership, making strategic decisions, and implementing operational policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruiting new talent when necessary
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  • Work with senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
  • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals (OKRs and roadmap)
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Support worker communication with the management team

About You:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • More than 3 years of professional job experience within Human Resources and budgeting required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
  • Extensive experience in managing a team
  • Extensive experience with project management at a higher level, including creating and executing project roadmaps, short-term, and long-term strategies
  • Extensive experience working with one or more PMS systems (Asana, Monday, Podio, or similar)
  • Extensive experience and understanding of financial management
