Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of the facilities department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our aseptic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized HVAC support within the aseptic manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HEPA filters and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to aseptic processing guidelines.
  • Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement HVAC system upgrades, modifications, and validations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of protocols for HVAC system (re)qualification activities and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize the Facility monitoring system.
  • Manage deviation handling, change requests, and Systematic Problem Solving.

As part of our facilities team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and reliability.
