Job Overview:

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a skilled HVAC specialist to join our team in Denmark. As an HVAC Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our aseptic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized HVAC support within the aseptic manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HEPA filters and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to aseptic processing guidelines.
  • Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement HVAC system upgrades, modifications, and validations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of protocols for HVAC system (re)qualification activities and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize the Facility monitoring system.
  • Manage deviation handling, change requests, and Systematic Problem Solving.

Requirements:
  • A technical education such as an engineer, Marine engineer or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with HVAC systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g. FDA, cGMP).
  • Proficiency in Danish and English.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or engineering field would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
