As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading transformation change initiatives across our business.

Reporting to the Transformation Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering end-to-end finance process transformation solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing process transformation projects, focusing on delivering high-quality results aligned with the finance programme.

A key member of the delivery team, you will plan and deliver projects to schedule, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Establish and maintain high levels of confidence with internal business stakeholders
  • Document and secure approvals for critical success factors and business requirements
  • Develop and implement solutions to tackle intricate challenges
  • Plan workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and business process
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and future-proofing potential solutions
  • Deliver project reporting on status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize key process issues
  • Lead continuous improvement of processes and procedures

What We Look For

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, combined with extensive experience in managing finance transformation projects.

You will have solid delivery experience, an excellent understanding of complex finance transformations, and knowledge of project management methodologies.

Key skills include analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
