Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Financial Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain financial processes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  2. Coordinating Audits and Reporting: Oversee and coordinate the annual audit process, ensuring timely and accurate inputs to the management letter and addressing audit findings.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and support cross-functional financial projects and ad-hoc tasks, improving processes and supporting business needs.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid Background in Financial Management: A solid background in financial management, ideally within an INGO or an international organization.
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems and a good understanding of their architecture and financial data.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide thoughtful insights and contribute to financial decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
  • University Degree: A university degree or equivalent in a relevant area such as finance, business management, or accounting.
