As the Head of Financial Controlling, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for the entire Financial Controlling team. This role encompasses managing and guiding both Senior Financial Controllers and Junior Financial Controllers to ensure the effective execution of financial control processes, accurate reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage and guide Senior Financial Controllers and Junior Financial Controllers to ensure the effective execution of financial control processes, accurate reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Lead various projects focusing on implementing new compliance measures and integrating them smoothly into existing processes.
  • Be the go-to person for complex IFRS reporting questions, providing advice to your team and other stakeholders.
