The role of IT Service Manager – Identity Access Management is part of our IT Managed Cloud team. As IT Service Manager, you will have the responsibility for our IAM services. You will proactively design, govern, and develop the services. You will collaborate with other Service Managers, Service Owners, and other skilled persons in the IT-organization. Also, you engage with relevant vendors and suppliers to secure the service delivery.
Your key responsibilities include delivering IAM input to NCC's IT projects with development initiatives, time, costs, and risks for proposed solutions. You will identify challenges and proactively suggest solutions within IAM operations. You will study new development within IAM field and work closely with technologies and data.
