System Manager, Digital Systems Management, Veeva Quality

Genmab is seeking a highly skilled System Manager to join our Digital Systems Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and operating our enterprise electronic document management system (EDMS), GenDocs, which supports daily operations in our dynamic and expanding R&D organization.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize and innovate the GenDocs system (Veeva Vaults) and related processes in line of business
- Participate in daily system management work, including configuration, implementation, and validation of new system features and functions
- Resolve daily issues and incidents from users of the systems
- Improve procedures, work instructions, templates, and other tools to optimize systems and related processes for operating and maintaining the systems
- Participate in future Veeva Vault projects as Functional Lead, SME, or Project Manager
- Maintain system documentation during operation of the systems
- Liaise with line of business departments and IT Business Partners to align plans for new features and projects for future development of the systems
- Prepare and contribute during audits and inspections of the systems
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, IT, Engineering, or similar area
- At least 5 years of work experience from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, and 1-2 years' experience from a similar role
- Practical work experience with EDMS systems, and preferably Veeva Vault administrator and platform certification
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of GxP systems, GAMP, IT validation, and test management
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral
