Main Responsibilities:
• Order processing via phone, email, or EDI package
• Planning deliveries and following up on logistics issues

• Assisting in testing new transaction & processes in SAP

Requirements:
• Good to great MS office knowledge, SAP/ERP knowledge would be a plus
• Very good English language skills with good command on Danish / Swedish
• Relevant work experience as office administrator
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, structured
