Vestas is a leading company in the wind energy sector, dedicated to powering sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team. This role involves managing service contracts for complex organizations, ensuring excellent customer relationships, and delivering value to both customers and Vestas.
About the Role
- Manage and maintain great customer relations based on trust and value creation
- Provide quotations for T&M work by collaborating with operational and technical stakeholders
- Identify and drive additional sales opportunities and contract renewals that create value for both customers and Vestas
- Manage defect warranty obligations, including assessment of technical reports
- Facilitate regular customer meetings, maintain action logs, prepare formal correspondence, and deliver customer reports
- Handle incoming customer technical queries and coordinate internal subject matter expert input to address the request
- Provide internal reporting to relevant stakeholders, including contractual risk management, invoicing status, and revenue collection
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial or technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a customer manager or similar managing service contracts in a complex organization
- Fluency in English
- SAP, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Viva Engage
- Driver license, category B (car)
- Valid passport
