At Novo Nordisk, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Digital Health & Staffs Quality (DHSQ) department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for quality and process improvements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality and optimizing processes within Digital Health, Customer service, Staffs areas, Integrated Quality and Complaints, Audits & Inspections. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with various departments across the organization to ensure that all quality-related processes are aligned with regulatory standards.
You'll have extensive years of relevant experience in QA from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated areas. Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and/or ISO9000 is also essential. Experience with IT systems from a QA perspective is an added advantage.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. If you're passionate about driving change and shaping the future of quality management, then this role is perfect for you.
