As a Signalling Installation Supervisor at Alstom, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the installation process of railway signalling systems. Your comprehensive engineering expertise will be utilized to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute installation work, including 4M checklists and material availability checks
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth installation and avoid equipment damage
  • Supervise installation progress, troubleshoot on-field issues, and manage KPIs
  • Conduct 'As-Built surveys' and ensure accurate records of installed configurations
  • Perform handovers to the Testing & Commissioning team and manage punch list items
  • Report to the Project Installation Manager on field activity progress and escalate concerns
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Engineering degree
  • Experience or understanding of trackside installation management and supervision (min. 5 years)
  • Knowledge of Railway Signalling Systems and Signalling Designs
  • Familiarity with subcontractor management
  • A certification in GPS tools for trackside surveys
  • Proficiency in technical drawings review
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
