Job Description:

The Procurement Director will lead a diverse team across project procurement, operational procurement, warehouse, and planning & logistics. The team comprises 42 employees, including 5 direct reports with managerial responsibility.

The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination of project requirements, maintaining cost efficiency, achieving on-time delivery, and upholding quality standards.

  • Drive the procurement & supply chain strategy and performance within the Business Unit (BU), ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to optimize end-to-end processes.
  • Uphold procurement policies, deliver regular reports to senior management, and contribute to Project Steering Committees.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes, define new standards, and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy: Drive the procurement & supply chain strategy and performance within the Business Unit (BU), ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to optimize end-to-end processes.

Compliance and Reporting: Uphold procurement policies, deliver regular reports to senior management, and contribute to Project Steering Committees.

Process Optimization: Continuously improve procurement processes, define new standards, and mitigate risks.
