About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of 12 skilled colleagues
  • Developing the Administrative Centre of Excellence setup to support the entire AMSAT organization
  • Driving operational excellence through best practices, standards, and digitalization of processes
  • Owning and further developing the digital platform for administrative requests
  • Ensuring a robust AMSAT facility setup and close collaboration with EHS and facility project management on various projects

You will join the Business Support management group, setting direction and driving initiatives across Business Support together with your colleagues.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • A Master's degree in business administration, human resource management, or a relevant field
  • A few years of leadership experience or proven project management skills, with a focus on people management development
  • Proficiency in English and Danish
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently, executing activities and setting direction for the team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • The capacity to create an engaging work environment where continuous learning is key to success
