Join us at Novo Holdings A/S, where we're pushing the boundaries of computational biotechnology. As a Computational Biologist, you'll be responsible for designing binding proteins from scratch to modulate previously undruggable membrane proteins.
This approach results in designed proteins with unique properties to meet therapeutic needs currently not served by existing medicines. Your ownership of our mutual journey will be to develop, execute, and optimize protein design campaigns targeting integral membrane proteins.
Our team has decades of combined experience in protein design, functional genomics, and life science start-ups. We're looking for a highly skilled individual with expertise in protein structure analysis and the ability to provide actionable insights to enhance design pipelines.
- PhD in physics, biology, chemistry, bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field.
- Proficient in scripting frameworks, with a preference for Python, and the ability to develop within a shared codebase.
- Expertise in protein structure analysis, with a proven ability to evaluate designed protein structures and provide actionable insights to enhance design pipelines.
