About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our business units, ensuring that our operations are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support to our business units on a wide range of legal matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business units, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance on how to comply with them.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on how to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent degree in law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
