Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Multifaceted HSE and HR Professional to join our team at the Odense Factory. This role combines Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) expertise with Human Resources (HR) responsibilities, requiring a strong ability to lead and manage various initiatives simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and standards, as well as driving effective operations, risk assessments, and post-payroll processing. Additionally, they will work closely with the HR Manager to support strategic improvement and translate business needs into actionable HR plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HSE agenda and activities in the site according to local legislation and Unilever standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HSE-related matters and collaborate with local authorities on monthly reporting.
- Ensure process safety and maintain control over systems and equipment related to combustible dust, flammable liquids, and other chemicals (ATEX + HAZOP).
- Conduct risk assessments and drive efficient operations within the factory.
- Support HR topics in the factory and ensure timely respect for business requirements regarding temporary workforce.
- Lead post-payroll processing with a focus on zero issues.
- Collaborate with the HR Unilever International network to deploy key initiatives at the site.
Requirements:
- Law Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment and requirements by Danish Law.
- Basic experience in HR Management in a manufacturing environment.

- Willingness to work in an international environment.
- Fluent in Danish and English (read and write).
