About Us: Tandsundhed Uden Grænser / Dental Health Without Borders is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to improving dental health and public health for vulnerable children worldwide.

We focus on creating sustainable solutions, developing evidence-based programs, and collaborating with international partners to achieve our mission.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, implement, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with international partners, stakeholders, and donors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for management and donors, highlighting project progress and impact.
  4. Financial Management: Oversee project finance, including accounting, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  5. Method Development and Learning: Develop and implement methods for interventions, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  6. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as needed, given the dynamic nature of a small secretariat.

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: Relevant academic education in project management, public health, international development, or similar fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an NGO setting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and strong communication skills. Spanish proficiency preferred.
  • Skills and Qualities: Structured, detail-oriented, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Competence: Strong understanding of cultural differences and passion for humanitarian work.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel frequently, with at least 30+ travel days annually.
