Project Coordinator Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Tandsundhed Uden Grænser / Dental Health Without Borders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and donors.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports and updates to management and donors.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project finances, including budgeting and expenditure tracking.
  • Method Development: Develop and implement new methods for interventions, promoting continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: Relevant academic education in project management, public health, international development, or similar fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an NGO setting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and strong communication skills. Spanish proficiency preferred.
  • Skills and Qualities: Structured, detail-oriented, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Competence: Strong understanding of cultural differences and passion for humanitarian work.
