About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, including server infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including risk assessments, design, configuration, and processes.
  • Ensure configuration, user management, and business continuity, including backup and recovery to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with server infrastructure, networking, patching, firewall, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Ensure IT/OT systems comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect OT systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Perform life cycle assessments of systems regarding vendor support, recovery, hardware, software, and OS support.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree from a higher education institution, such as a B.Sc. or M.Sc., in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You have acquired a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in managing IT/OT solutions.
  • You have familiarity with ServiceNow, proficiency in managing Windows servers, and proficiency in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • You have experience with IT/OT requirement settings, design, and testing.
  • You have a strong understanding of IT and OT systems, preferably SCADA and PLC.
