As a key member of our Global Sourcing Team, you will be responsible for reporting, sourcing, and business process excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
Reporting:
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual spend and savings reports.
- Support the development of standardized reports for sourcing metrics and KPIs.
- Compile savings forecasts from multiple system feeds.
Sourcing and Business Process Excellence:
- Support the administration of business processes and sourcing excellence to comply with quality standards and audits.
- Participate in data collection, cleansing, and improvement for our data systems.
- Contribute to various sourcing initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Business or Engineering and experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SharePoint.
A strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain is essential, as is excellent analytical and communication skills.
