Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Enterprise Support. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering, with experience working in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environments.

As a TAM, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services. This will involve working closely with our customers to understand their technical challenges and providing tailored solutions using best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, and analytics. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
