About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical company as a Manufacturing Site Leader for the Aseptic Division. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical experts who support sites in 5 different countries and manage stakeholders within these sites. Key responsibilities include:

  • LEAD A TECHNICAL TEAM WHICH CONSISTS OF 8 EMPLOYEES (ENGINEERS AND SKILLED WORKERS).
  • SUPPORT THE AM TECHNICAL NETWORK TO MAXIMIZE CAPACITIES THROUGH FLAWLESS EXECUTION AND PROBLEM SOLVING.
  • DRIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON-SITE WHEN MAJOR ISSUES OCCUR AND/OR WHEN IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES ARE EXECUTED IN THE NETWORK.

This role requires the ability to travel around 50 days per year to some of the different sites located across the globe.

About You

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academic degree or similar within a relevant subject matter (e.g., engineering).
  • Around 2 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in maintenance, production, LEAN, or other technical background.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

You can manage change and have leadership skills to ensure team engagement and that your team thrives. You enjoy coaching, setting direction, and people development. You can set directions, follow-up, and drive solutions for critical issues in the core business of the team. You can collaborate, have a can-do attitude, and you are curious to learn more.
